Vail Real Estate Update For February 2019

There were a total of 70 unconditional sales in January 2019, down from 83 in January 2018. The Median Sale Price for the entire Vail MLS was $654k in January 2019. That is a 18% increase over January 2018 when the Median Sale Price was $550k. The Average Sale Price was $1.18M which was down 10% over January 2018. The Average Ask to Sell Ratio was 97%.

Houses also were staying on the market for less time in January. The listings that sold were on the market for an average of 121 days. That is down from 167.59 days in January 2018. Listing inventory is also up 32% with a total of 1206 listings on January 31st.

Beaver Creek’s Highest Seller
